2020 Missouri Green Party Write-in Candidate for

U.S. House of Representatives - District 5

My name is Antwain Winters. I'm the oldest of 11 children. I learned how to be responsible for others at a young age. I know the values of stewardship and the weight it holds. I'm also an Electrician. I understand the physics behind electrical generation. I understand the socioeconomic benefits to decentralisation. I'm running for Congress in the 5th District of Missouri. I'm running to expand public housing, Medicaid and Establishment of a Universal basic income for all American citizens.

I believe in reducing out of pocket costs for the most economically distressed. I believe in upward mobility. I believe there's many ways of funding these initiatives. From a Value Added Tax, to reallocation of current funding in our budget.

Building consensus on issues will take time, but it won't take decades. I know I can have these projects passed in at least 4-6 years, if not less. Hold me to my words. I welcome it. Thanks for your time.
