Kansas City Greens encourage members to support #DayWithoutImmigrants protesters

The Green Party of Kansas City, MO stands in solidarity with the immigrant community and we need your support. On April 16, thousands came out for the #DayWithoutImmigrants protest in Kansas City, MO. On this day, three immigrants, Andres, Ernesto and Jonathan, were arrested as they stood up for their rights. Jonathan is a DACA recipient is now at risk of deportation.

Please stand with Partnership for the Advancement of Immigrant Struggles (PAIS) and donate $100, $50, or $25 to the PAIS legal fund. PAIS needs to raise $5,000 to support Andres, Ernesto and Jonathan’s legal cases.

Click here to donate. Please help us raise funds for the legal fees for these three immigrants!

We are determined to SHOW UP and bring justice to their cases. As white people who have committed to show up for racial justice, we know we have more access to financial resources. In addition, we don’t have to worry about ICE tearing apart our families. Donating is one small act you can do as a member of the racial justice community. Please donate today, take a stand against deportations and show up for racial justice.

PS: You can make a difference in Jonathan’s legal case today. Please donate $100, $50, or $25 to the PAIS legal fund now
